I firstly sent an email during my ordering process asking for particular selections as I was making this into jewelry. These days it’s never definite if there is someone reading your requests before sending the product but in this case Kirby, was responding to me straight away. When I received the product in the mail I was blown away at how amazing it was, exactly what I ordered! Normally ordering crystals you don’t always get the exact match. I also received a personal note stating how they had selected it for me and in case they didn’t get it right had added two extra crystals as a gift. It came beautifully wrapped in a lovely little pouch, wrapped in beautiful paper with directions of how to clean and also a lollipop which was a beautiful touch. I wish I could upload a photo to show how beautiful it was. Thank you so much!
