Shipping policy
Please make sure all addresses are correct. If you notice your shipping address is incorrect please email us asap so we can change it. Once your parcel has left us, we are unable to make changes and accept no responsibility.
During checkout you may choose if you would like "Signature on Delivery" - this requires your courier to obtain a signature in order to deliver your goods to you. If you choose not to add this feature and your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.
All orders are dispatched within one to five (1-5) business days.. All items are shipped with tracking numbers. Please allow extra time during Christmas Holiday Season.
If you need your items by a certain date please leave us a note or send us a message, this way we can prioritize your order.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
All Australian orders under $100 are sent flat rate post tracked for $10.00
There is an option for Express Post $12.95
Your tracking number will be sent to you once your item is shipped.
Christmas orders:
Please have all orders placed by midnight 17th december. Any orders placed after this time can not be guaranteed to arrive in time for xmas.
( Parcel insurance is optional, just send us a message if you would like to add insurance, we will take care of insurance for any orders over $500)
NTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All parcels are sent Express Post. Your tracking number will be sent to you directly once your item is shipped.
Delivery is generally between 3-10 days for metro areas.
For Countries outside USA + Canada, shipping can take 8-12 days*. Please message me if you are unsure.
* On the very (very) rare occasion some parcels may get held in customs, we do not have any control over this. Its normally a 1-3 day delay.
Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. Please read all listings carefully, the measurements for all crystals and jewellery is included in the product descriptions.
Returns and exchanges are graciously dealt with on a case by case basis.We promises to do everything we can to help. We want to make sure you are happy!!
We comply with THE QLD Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds. It states We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however we understand sometimes we find another item we like a little better. if your order has not been shipped, we are happy to swap products around if you find something else.
If your order is damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement of the same or similar product. if you would prefer, we are happy to offer a store credit and you can purchase whatever your heart desires!
We ask you to please return the damaged products in a safe and secure manner using a trackable shipping method at your own cost. Upon receiving the item, we will process your return excluding the shipping costs.
