All sales are final. Please read all listings carefully, the measurements for all crystals and jewellery is included in the product descriptions. By purchasing from our website, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.

Returns and exchanges are graciously dealt with on a case by case basis.We promises to do everything we can to help. We want to make sure you are happy!!

We comply with THE QLD Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds.

It states We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, we understand sometimes we find another item we like a little better. if your order has not been shipped, we are happy to swap products around if you find something else.

If your order is damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement of the same or similar product. if you would prefer, we are happy to offer a store credit and you can purchase whatever your heart desires!

You will be required to return the damaged products in a safe and secure manner using a trackable shipping method at your own cost. Upon receiving the item, we will process your return excluding the shipping costs.
